Refunds of any money paid in advance will only be made upon receipt of a medical certificate from a registered hospital, GP, or a registered medical organisation detailing that you will not be able to continue with instructional training for a minimum of six months. If you feel that Streetwise Instructor Training has wrongly misled you, you may lodge an official complaint with the DVSA, ADI ORDIT section, and your matter will be handled accordingly.
